#52 Seek The Lord

“So close to the blessing of knowing you, Don’t let me stop now.

Help me father, don’t let me be sucker punched by life. Convince me how sweet your love is for me by the things I see.

I seek, and I seek, What have I found that convinces me? I have seen sympathy from your chosen people. From those who seek God I have seen blessings counted as miracles. From the stranger I have seen punishment and many blessings.

Yet do they come close to the Lord? Of course not.

I have sought you Lord and I have found that through it all you are who you say you are. ”
